As Head of Clinical Strategy for Sword Move, Morgan leads the evolution of Move’s preventative musculoskeletal care program. Move is a proactive AI pain care solution designed for individuals at risk of chronic pain, injury, and the health consequences of physical inactivity.

Morgan's clinical oversight helps to inform Move's strategic development roadmap and maintains our industry-leading quality of care standards. Her leadership helps the team to turn clinical insights into program innovation, helping Sword deliver digital-first care to drive pain reduction, falls prevention, GLP-1 muscle retention, and MSK cost savings.

Experience

Morgan has spent her career developing deep clinical expertise, then transitioning into using that knowledge to build programs for a commercial setting. She has always been passionate about advancing healthcare by combining clinical excellence with innovative technology. Morgan has led initiatives in both traditional and digital healthcare environments, designing models of care that translate evidence into scalable clinical practice.

Morgan's commercial experience spans leadership roles in fast-paced wellness startups like Aduro and Arivale, where she developed strong expertise in team leadership, coaching, and product development.

Morgan's clinical leadership has given her strong experience working with cross-functional teams of researchers, clinicians, data scientists, commercial teams, and product leaders to translate academic insight into results in practice.

Education

Morgan brings a rare blend of scientific rigor and strategic vision to digital health innovation, supported by her education in both clinical nutrition and human performance. She holds a master’s degree in Nutrition and Physical Performance from Saint Louis University, where her research explored how ketogenic diets influence anaerobic exercise performance.

As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Morgan applies her deep understanding of physiology and preventive health to shape Sword’s Move program. Her work translates evidence and real-world data into scalable, digital-first solutions that help Sword Move members improve movement and prevent pain. Morgan has been instrumental to Sword Move's ongoing success in delivering measurable health outcomes across large-scale populations.
