Study Overview

This study aims to address the scarcity of clinical studies on the long-term impact of digital interventions. We were able to validate the long-term effect of Sword Health’s programs (1-year) on patients reporting chronic musculoskeletal pain and disability against patients who enrolled in the program but never engaged in a single exercise session or educational content. This study showcases how members were able to achieve significant long-term improvements in pain and disability, while using fewer healthcare resources.
